Most of my favourite Marvel heroes & villains are what you'd call minor characters: Black Knight, Nightcrawler, Mystique, Jocasta...but I'd love an Ultron figure.
My top Marvel characters and what I would love from Mego are a mix of A, B, and C listers. And maybe D.
My favorite is ROM, Spaceknight. Followed by The Thing, Spidey, and Walt Simonson’s Thor and Beta Ray Bill. And Doctor Doom. But I wouldn’t care that much if ROM or BRB were Mego-ized.
As far as characters given the Mego treatment, my top choices are sensational Seventies creations like Iron Fist, classic Captain Britain w/his Star Scepter, Nova (Rich Ryder), Namor in his black winged costume, along with some Sixties creations such as Hercules and Black Knight. Stingray might be cool, too.
Oh, I’d love a Marvel Human Fly (“real life” superhero Human Fly) too.

With Avengers Doomsday being over a year away, I could see Mego releasing some Avengers earlier and holding on to a few others for later to coincide with the release of the movie.
Captain America
Falcon
Black Panther
Red Skull
None of these characters has been confirmed to be in the movie. Classic Falcon is now Captain America. Captain America is retired. The original Black Panther is dead. And Red Skull is banished to Vormir. They would make a fantastic set of popular characters who have had their stories told in the mcu.
Closer to the movie these characters would make more sense.
Thor
Hulk
Iron Man
Doctor Doom
But Mego and Disney may want to split up that last set to keep some of the more well known Avengers for the last set of the 20 figures promised.
Perhaps...
Thor
Hawkeye
Black Widow
Loki
Iron Man
Hulk
Doctor Doom
Abomination
I'm hoping Disney and Mego will keep these sets focused on characters that would have been made back when Mego was making the World's Greatest Superheroes in the late 70's and early 80's. I really don't want to see characters like Thanos, Deadpool or the X-Men unless they decide to continue the line past the promised initial 20 figures.
So apparently the Disney Store got in more of the first set and sold them out in the same day. Missed out again. And I go to the site quite often and search for Megos and other things, but still didn't see these.
