McFarlane doing Super Powers?

I consider myself lucky I got the JSA 3 pack from EE. I haven’t seen that set at retail anywhere even GameStop where I get the best shot at finding stuff. I fear it will be scarce as Hal out there. And I believe Todd will continue with JSA in super powers. Wildcat, Dr Midnight, Dr. Fate and Spectre I will bet on, maybe even golden age Mr. Terrific since the modern hero will be in the Superman film. EDIT the jsa 3 pack is up again now at amazon.Last edited by powersthatbe; Jan 20, '25, 3:05 PM. -
So With the JSA figures coming out this year would you like to see more to come?
Even though I have used my JLU to help fill in the gaps, I would love to have Super Powers JSA.
Red = Super Powers
Green = JLU

Update on the Super Powers Drawing Board Campaign!
Thank you for backing this project! The figures and vehicles are currently in production at the factory. The current US delivery estimate is 2-1-25. As soon as we receive the figures, we will start sending out shipping notices.
International Orders: If international shipping was not applied to your order, an invoice may be sent prior to shipping.
Wishing you a SUPER Holiday Season from McFarlane Toys!

The suit figures do fit in nice with the Super Powers, a great way to expand the collection.
I need to get all those covers and post them around my Hall of Justice.
Supergirl & Batgirl should have been released from Kenner long time ago.
Mcfarlane reasons do not make since because of all the Batman/Superman family figures they have released.Last edited by monitor_ep; Dec 20, '24, 1:39 PM.Leave a comment:

More Super Powers variant DC comics covers coming in March. I would love to see McFarlane make both of these. Batgirl was a huge omission from both Kenner and McFarlane. We kinda sorta got Earth-Two Superman with the McFarlane Fleischer variant, but I'd love to see the gray temples, funky S Superman ala Perez in Crisis (and this cover is for a variant of the Crisis #12 facsimile)

Now to figure out what box Captain Atom is in. Who would have thought we would have been able to buy these characters.Leave a comment:

For some reason brother and I did not collect most of the Fourth World characters. Now I wish McFarlane would release more. An updated Desaad without that torture device, a proper Orion and Mantis.

What nobody noticed Jarro?

Got in a few of the Starro spores years ago and surprised I found one.
This was one of those DCnU stories most people forgot about.Leave a comment:

True story: I got some of that last wave direct from Kenner in Cincy because I couldn't find them at retail. Cyborg, Capt. Marvel, etc. Just wrote a letter to Customer Service, ah those were the days. I think I was a senior in high school.

Curious who is reading this and do you get the reference?
Let's me know who reads comic books/comic strips.

Yep, it's why I don't own one!
I really hope McFarlane issues a near-replica. Just different enough so vintage collectors don't lose their crap over it.Leave a comment:
