I agree the quality of the line has been a bit all over the place. As you said, the low price point makes it more acceptable, but it's still a shame that the entire line didn't look like the second Batman, Hal Jordan, Alan Scott and Cyborg who really look like they stepped out of the Kenner line. The fact that the Kenner figures look better than 75% of the new line is a real testament to how fantasticly well-made that series really was. Holds up better than most stuff made today.

Still waiting on my Cyborg/Nightwing wave to arrive. Hopefully soon.

This line is strange. On one hand some of the figures are absolute home runs. Others are full of baffling mistakes or artistic choices that keep things from being perfect.

It’s a budget line so some of it is excusable but it is a shame a bit more care wasn’t put into it in general. I think had these been done a bit better this line could have been even more popular.

I received my set today. A mixed bag: Cyborg looks good, but the rest are just redecoed bucks with soft, inaccurate detailing.

Deadman--a favorite of mine--fares the worst. No proper pointed boots, so he looks like he's wearing ballet shoes, painted on. And that painting--red and burgundy would have looked better than the orange and red McF chose.

For Gold Label, I expect figures less phoned-in.

I keep checking the site but had to stop to take my nephew to the movies to watch Batman Forever. I turned my phone off to enjoy the movie. Get out and noticed the bundle sold out. Not sure if I want the Animal Man.

Wasn’t able to get Cyborg individually so just gonna pass. Don’t want Animal Man and Dead Man, so the set of 4 just isn’t worth it.

if it had been a more modern version of Cyborg or if Nightwing had a better face sculpt, maybe i would have ordered. Also I don’t like how the neck joint is so apparent on Nightwing.

Honestly, there are so many figures that are more interesting to me right now including the upcoming Super Friends wave 2.

Got my set and an extra Cyborg before he sold out. It's insane that the window is that narrow on these.

Early intel from folks who usually know said 11 am Eastern, initially. Not their fault, McFarlane utterly sucks at communication.

They went live just before Noon EST (which is the usual time they list pre-orders; I don't know why it seemed to be 11 this time), but Cyborg sold out already. The bundle is still available, with no discounts.

I ordered them exactly a month ago from CmdStore, along with an Eradicator figure. With shipping, I paid less than $2 more (minus discounts and coupons), so I am good. I was worried a bundle might include a chrome Cyborg, but so far, so good (for me).

UPDATE: Just to add, these are IN-STOCK now.

11 AM has come and gone, and no preorders. I don't know why McFarlane won't give a precise time for these things. They usually do for the Multiverse line. Sigh.
