So, these Disney-Marvel figures...

Just got back from Disney World, and not surprise at all, but there were NO Mego Spider-Man sets in sight. Those babies are LONG gone in Flordia, as others have reported. This includes the Disney Springs shopping center. There's a dedicated Marvel store, and there were none there either.

From everything I've heard Disney Land/California got a ton of them. The Store is called the Avengers Reserve out there. When I used the Disney personal shopper that's where she got t hem from.

with a 20% increase on imports from China from Tariffs what will be the mark up ?

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if we see delays in these getting released, hopefully for the Easter Holidays.

I would like to see released in this next wave,

Captain America
Iron Man
Black Panther
possibly another Spidey villain, Vulture or Venom.

I'm thinking May launch but I could be wrong. A friend of mine says the Hollywood Disney still has piles of the first set.

Such a baffling marketing/distribution strategy. Maybe they'll eventually end up in the Disney Outlet stores.

I went back and watched the video that Paul and Marty made right before Christmas. Paul said the second set would ship after Chinese New Year. That ended around Valentine's Day. If it takes 6 weeks to go from Chine to LA, that puts them hitting the US sometime around the first of April. Give them a week or two to make it to Anaheim (Disney) I would think we'd see or hear something around the third/fourth week of April.

And if I had to guess, the next wave will be
Iron Man
Captain America
Hulk
The Vision

Just guessing

Shouldn't we be hearing about set 2 shortly?

I assumed (I know...) that sets would be released roughly quarterly.

I was wondering that myself.
I’m really intrigued to see who they select for the next set of 4, and praying it’s easier to get than the Spidey set was (which I had to buy on the secondary market at an inflated price).

Disney does not care about collectors only sales. Thanks Doc Mego for trying but why were they saying that there was plenty when now they say the sets were under ordered

[Tiberiusguy]

Oh, yeah I did. I was converting to usd, forgot a number. The worst is waiting… it was sent from California to Illinois, and being sent back to the province above Montana, the agony

[warlock664]

Why did it have to be a Spider-Man Wave? ... I bought a set for $75 +shipping, I don’t want to do this for every wave

I’d gladly pay $75 + shipping; surely you meant $175?

[Dannyc]

When i was collecting those Disney store exclusive star wars diecast figues. It would typically be a mad scramble to get them, sellout and an eventual restock a few months later.
Hoping that'll be the case here as well.

Well, no-one likes aquatic characters more than I, and he's cool-looking--but I can think of 20 better choices to do first.

[Jorge Galvan]

Umm...

STINGRAY, Anyone????
