The boxes have been slippery--Penguin's was defrosted, too and Joker's logo canonized.
That’s interesting.
I prefer the frosty Penguin font by far.
Regarding “Joker” vs “The Joker,” I don’t think I’ve ever seen “canonized” used in such a fashion. I’m only familiar with it as the term used to denote the canonization of a Saint within the Catholic Church.
She is now labelled as 'Invisible Woman' on the new box and that's certainly not Mego. But I suppose that now opens the door for the John Byrne black FF uniforms.

I got a set. And I almost forgot about it - remembered and ordered 20 mins after start time. At first it said sold out, but I kept refreshing and it worked!
So, I just received an e-mail a half hour ago stating that my Fantastic Four set order was canceled. This is incredibly disappointing news.
Is anyone here planning to visit a Disney park and could pick up/ship a set to Toronto, Canada? I just can't bring myself to satisfy the scalpers on eBay. I appreciate any help here. Thank you.
Sorry to hear ...
Thats a real drag. Not only are they super expensive for Canadians, we cant even garantee to get one!
I watched Brian's video last night. I like the Thing's new body and the 'stretchy' blue uniforms that can be tucked into the gloves. I noticed that the Thing's belt sags like the vintage. Does anyone know if Reed and Sue's belts sag or are they sewn onto the bodysuits?
If there are only four thousand sets, how can they be on backorder? Did they only sell them online this time? My daughter lives in California and I was hoping she could go to the Disney store and get me a set. Is anyone planning on going to the park store and seeing if they have them in stock today?
In Brian's video last night, he said that 2000 were allocated for the online event and 2000 are for the park stores.
And Chris, much as I respect you, the Byrne idea is terrible. That's not Mego, and bad enough that it was applied to the "retro-Kenner" FF.

Just a reminder from an old post:
Awhile back I found Fantastic Four (movie) motorcycle at a flea market. When I got home I was happy that it fit in with the Mego Thing (sorta). F4 Thing motorcycle.jpg MEGO THING & MOTORCYCLE.jpg
