You can tell garage season is over because this thread was hard to find!
Picked up this Gi Joe AT lot at flea market, probably paid too much but hopefully I can flip for some mego money or maybe a good mego trade. Sea wolf appears complete but there are parts probably missing from headquarters and mobile truck. records are high grade.
Other pic is working coin bank, i'm a sucker for japan tin toys...Leave a comment:

Nice deal! The bolos goes to Big Jim The Whip and is a tough piece to find. The silver piece there is either a silver johnny West branding iron (it would have a letter on it) or a Big Jim Warpath arrow (it would have a wolfs head on it). I could use the blue Johnny West canteen if you wanna sell it?Leave a comment:

The old hidden auctions are still out there. Hit this beauty while up late one night. Total cost $6.02 delivered. All the Mego stuff is original. Couple of really nice Big Jim pieces including a Zordak hood and a Torpedo Fist arm.

Great find today in Goodwill:
Six Disney Treasures Tin DVD sets for $3.99 apiece...including the HTF SCARECROW OF ROMNEY MARSH! All the inserts & postcards were inside, although the actual tins got banged up a little by the Goodwill folks, the DVDs inside look like new.
My favorite episodes of Walt Disney were the Scarecrow, & I might just have to pop that in tonight for Halloween. McGoohan's laugh is chilling!

Went to about 15 yard sales yesterday.
I am a big CONAN THE BARBARIAN collector.
What do I find for $2 dollars yesterday?
A original CONAN THE BARBARIAN movie poster from 1982 in a frame!
I went to a community yard sale and when i was driving past a house I saw it. I asked how much he told me (and of course my heart is beating while Im trying to stay cool).
So Im a Happy Camper!Leave a comment:

No sales in the last two weeks. This is a mix of NY Comic Con and trip to NJ this past weekend.

The Crystal Castle I got at comic con. 98% complete. I figure I have all the MOTU playsets, I'd get it. Wouldn't touch She-Ra stuff as a kid.

Wow an Escape From New York board game who made that?Leave a comment:

It seems to be a vintage bendy doll. I thought it might be newer, because it's in such good quality, but the black jacket is faded on one side, so now I'm thinking older (plus they rarely make felt & nylon bendys anymore).
He reminds me of the Germany Sandmannchen (Sandman) style, but of course it's not from that.
It's almost the full set of vegatable/fruit friends! I had to look them up as soon as I got home.I have a box in storage with a few more, so I may have a full set and don't even know it. [edit] blast, no. I need the mushroom for sure, my favorite! (:o
They sure are cheerful.Last edited by Splitty; Oct 21, '13, 5:50 PM.Leave a comment:

This thread always reminds me that functional vintage antiques still resell well, like stereo equipment and mid century furniture...

and.... TRRRROOOOOOLLLLLLL!!
with .....earrings.
$4 each. The cool vintage mohair Dam trolls (not ucky Russ!). Rare dark blue eyes on the white hair!
and a bunch of utter cheap junk, but what colorful junk!
I put the awesome glow in the dark mask on a stand, so I can put it in a corner and scare myself as I walk through at night.
I didn't exactly logic out why I would want to scare myself.Leave a comment:
