That Hawaiian Punch game is awesome! Also, as I kid I played that M.A.D. game alot. It is truly one of the most fun board games ever.

From the last two weekends, OMG I found some 80s TOYS AFFORDABLE!! That rarely happens anymore.
The reason is, from an Estate sale stating 'lots of 60s-80s toys' the loose figures didn't have identifying words and stickers so they couldn't research them and charge top ebay dollar like they did with all the boxed / logod figures. (:P

All the loose figures came in bags of $1-$2 ($9 worth total there) plus a bag of 8 Care Bears for only $3! The figures include 80s GI Joes, M.A.S.K., A-Team, hulk rubber 1978 fig & He-Man slider puzzle, those fantasy mini rubber figures like Imperial (totally wanted some of those), and a bag of PVCs that included a really rare Captain EO Hooter PVC!
From the other stuff from Garage Sales Quentin Tarantino was $5 (totally wanted that fig too), Barbie repo $5, Japanese NOH mask $3, Gemmy Voodoo head 2.99, and Battlestar Galactica first year calender $1. There are two Telco screaming heads there $1 each, but I couldn't wait for the photo to transplant Dracula onto the boxing puppet from a few weeks ago. Now I have a telco Dracula boxing puppet!! (:D

Love that hand held football game!!!! Great grabs. I've found a few odds and ends but nothing worth posting about.

Also my wife found this Barbie lot for $5.00 and it had the Mego Farrah, the Donny Osmond, and the Mego Ponch, Fonzie ( wearing Starsky's clothes), and the dismembered but minty LJN figure ( who I think is Mike from the Rookies). The car talk cd was in a free box, and the Bozo figure was a quarter. Please ignore my nasty toes in the photo.

So after a long dry spell, today we hit a town wide yard sale , and found some pretty great stuff! The Fables graphic novels ate #s 2 to 11 in mint condition for a buck apiece, the Space:199 comic is #1 from Charlton...found the Walking Dead game for $8, and the board games here for $.50 apiece. The viewmaster was mib from the '60s and came with a set of Flipper reels.
The Lifesavers sheet set is from the 1970s, the GL vehicle is Imaginext, and the big plastic paper clips have the cool Supermanish logo.

Great find on Rowlf, the Ideal Muppet puppets were The 1st licensed toys and are pretty scarce. Kermit was also made, and he had feet, he wasn't even finalized as a frog yet!

Maybe the Muppet fans around here know about this guy:

I saw this Rowlf puppet at a flea market today and thought it might be a fisher price item from the late 70s, like most of the vintage muppet puppets are....

When I saw the Ideal tag I was confused--I had no idea that Ideal had made Muppet puppets--had never even heard of an Ideal muppet toy. Well as it turns out, this guy is from 1965! He represents the very earliest of Muppet merchandise (pre sesame street, pre muppet show). Fairly scare toy, actually....he set me back $26......

Just finally saw this thread post, thanks for the info. The funny thing is i missed the big clam and had already bought everything else when the flea market vendor handed it to me to take. i thought it was a perfume holder or some girl toy.!
I just picked up more super joe stuff and am assembling and sorting them by groups to resell here on mm. I will let you know when convoy357..

The gold thing you have pictured there is also Super Joe and the black/yellow jumpsuit. The best piece you have there is that clam shell. That is from the GI Joe Jaws of Death set and it is pretty rare. I don't know what you gave for this lot but that 1 piece is probably worth more than you gave. The vulture is from the Fate of the Troubleshooter and a few other GI Joe sets. Also theres the troubleshooter solar panel and antenna. I see a few Johnny West cavalry pieces. The hard hat with lite is from the Lone Ranger Silver mine set I believe. The brown flat thing with ridges is the GI Joe Pygmy Gorilla boat seat. The white space helmet goes to Six Million Dollar Man. If you want to move that clamshell LMK.....I could give you a few "clams" for it....LOL.

Huge score on the video game stuff. CT, Mario RPG, just an unbelievable assortment there. If the CT has the maps with it, the game and guide should double your money on the day.

Great scores I have that TMNT game (I never finished it I got stuck in the one set of sewers near the airport and never got out.)The She-Ra stuff looks great I think the Kowl guy is kind of tough to find from what I've herd anyway.

Finally some GOOD news to report. After some pretty pityful weekends, I knock it out of the part this Saturday.

First, I got all this at an estate/clean out sale for $10. Not sure why I took the Joe as he is pretty beat. The She-Ra stuff was inside a generic carry case and in super condition. It's rare, at least in my experience to find She-Ra stuff with all or most the accessories.

The next score was a BIG one.

It was after 1:00PM and I was pretty much done for the day but I decided to follow some signs to a garage sale anyway. It stunk and the one across the street looked worse. So bad, I wasn't even going to bother. But I did anyway and I wasn't even going to bother to ask the lady if she had any old video game stuff, but I did anyway and she told me her husband did and that she would get him. I was expecting the usual junky system with a few crummy games, but WOW.

This is what I ended up with:

    SDC10602.jpg

I was scared because before he brought it out he told me he didn't put it out because he was unsure how much he wanted for it. I thought it would be a fight. When he told me what he wanted for the SNES stuff, I had a very hard time containing myself.

Less than $150 for it all!

Totally! I did too, but only had two of them (wanted more).
I wasn't into sports, instead removed the stickers and mouth guard and used them as space helmets for my Barbies in their sci-fi themed adventures.

    Don't hate me!

Absosultely! It's awesome. I have so many more I want to get, I don't even have a Deadly Grell or Neo-Otyugh (had to look up the spelling on that one) yet!
