    I will say that aside from not agreeing with the pricepoint of these (Spider-Man Origins cloth-costumed 9-inch figs had more elaborate packaging for example and retailed for $14.99) I really do like these Mattel DC figures. See, I can disagree with the price and still like something. Its 2 different things.

      Our best hope for a price drop is to get the figures into Targe or Walmart. This would increase the production run, hopefully bringing in economies of scale, as well as bring Walmart's own price dictation policies into bear. Though, as discussed in other threads, if that caused corners to be cut in manufacturing to achieve, could also result in worse quality figures being sold.
