Walking through the Toys Isle today, and seeing absolutely NOTHING of interest to me that I would want to spend my hard earned Money on....I thought, "Man...I can't wait to see new Megos on the Pegs"!!

I got my camera ready, and on the day of release (Toys"R"us).... my kids will be playing hookey from school.......Just for this most Auspicous Mego Occasion.

Honestly, I don't think we have to worry about it selling out super quick. While excitment is huge here, I haven't seen nearly the same level of enthusiam on other toy boards.

That said, the best way to get the MattyCollector figures is to... Be on the website when they go on sale. I know, it sounds almost silly, but that's all you can do. Be there, be quick, place your order.

Thus far only He-Man figures have sold out in under an hour though, with most everything else hanging around days, weeks, months.

Brings up a good question Mattel looks like they are also lauching a 12" line like this and the Masterpiece Superman stuff. I wonder where the line gets drawn between 12" and 8". I would have been thrilled to see these ghostbusters as 8" at 40.00 a pop with the electric packs rather than 12" etc.
