These figures are just gorgeous! I love their look. I'm still drooling over my Green Arrow and I haven't even gotten the new 4 yet! I so hope this line goes on and on, perhaps to Kenner Super Powers proportions! I still have yet to experience the joy of seeing them hanging on the pegs and buying them in the store. I very much look forward to that!

I would think that since neither was in wave 1 or whatever it is called, that only one of them will be in the next wave and that one would be Chapel.

I can't make Apes without a license and DST sees no point in spending
on it. As for Trek, DST chose the list (although I did manage to show
that Nurse Chapel would work better than Yeoman Rand.) and they
did not want to redo the Neptunian.

Considering that the Neptunian was all MEGO and nothing Trek, I could
one day make the Neptunian. If someone here wants to put up the
$30K they can be the exclusive seller.

How about a special just for US ? PLEASE? The soilder ape was U-G-L-Y how about General Puple pants? Hes crazy looking enough to be a Star Trek Alien .

Definately want Talos. Have trouble thinking it will happen because of the new body it would require.

As we speak, my long time friend Paul "Dr. Mego" Clarke is at the Mattel panel at Comic Con, where it has just been announced that we are bringing back the DC World's Greatest Superheroes in partnership with Mattel. Wave One, out before easter 2010 will include:

Green Arrow
Hal Jordan GL
Superman
Lex Luthor
Sinestro

I'll go on later about behind the scenes stuff we've been quiet about, but I wanted you guys to be the first to hear the announcement as it was going on.

Okay, then let me say it here - there will be more Star Trek in 2010, but
there are no plans to make more Apes at this time.

,Wow,This Mattel thing looks legit. Forgive my newbie questions but whats going on? I read something about mattel teaming up with Mego Buffs to make sure that the new line of 8 inch super hero dolls are very true to Mego's standards. Can someone at least point me in the right direction on how to find out more? That way,I wont have to keep looking like an idiot and asking a billion questions here,lol.I hope all of this news about Mattel is true. Best regards, Macronaut
