Lt.Falcon? cool, well Falcon is Dukes brother so I was close

Here's my question... is this really enough of a fan favourite character to warrant this format? My brother, the RAH collector, insists that GI Joe the movie is generally the shark jump point for that era. He was voiced by Don Johnson wasn't he?

I'm sure most are scratching their heads about this character. Essentially imagine a young Dirty Harry who pops a visible boner in the presence of any attractive woman that crosses his path (represented by the cartoony head) and then gets hit with a giant cartoon mallet for it. Arguably one of the most popular heroes amongst the teen boy demographic in Japan and Hong Kong in the nineties, he starred in a long run of manga and anime.
