Yes. A double-page on "Saint Seiya". But keep in mind it's a "nostalgia oriented" book. It's more of a reminder of what little boys and girls from France, Belgium and Switzerland used to worship as kids in the 70s & 80s.

      Very nice stuff!
In your link, the preview pages show a playmobile set of which I own the american version. I picked it up at a thrift store:

Cool pic. I really have to get a Goldorak (Grendizer) Jumbo Machinder and some Big Jim secret agent stuff. Your book looks really nice, I should probably pick up a copy. How much does Amazon.fr charge for shipping to the US for a book like this?

I'm the one with the Santa hat.

Cjefferys : wait a few weeks and you will be able to get a copy from Amazon.ca, or even from Chapters :

                http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/books/Les-jouets-des-ann%C3%A9es-Barbie-S%C3%A9bastien-Carletti/9782258077478-item.html?__lang=en-CA

Dunno if you took some minutes to watch the video, but my invitation on the radio show fast became a "vintage toys" themed X-Mas : every member of the show actually received (as a gift) a MIB/MOC toy from their childhood. The "boss" was really astounded by the fact he had his favorite "Big Jim" is a such great shape in his hands... and the one that got the MOC "Thunder Punch" He-Man was quite moved since it was the very first present he got as a kid from his long lost grand-mother.

Here is the video again :

Cool, I'll keep an eye out for it on Amazon.ca. The book will also help me brush up on my rather limited French reading skills.

So it looks like your book might turn up in Chapters stores too, at least in Quebec. That should help give the book a little extra exposure.

Crap, I forgot all about this book. Is this now out of print? Chapters.indigo.ca lists it as out of stock (but has a used copy available for $110.00!) and amazon.ca lists it as "temporarily" out of stock. Any chance of them actually getting more in stock? (I'd prefer to order from a Canadian site and not pay for shipping )

I have seen the book online in France. Just gotta get my euros together and buy a toy with the book to make the shipping worth it for me.

The toy line was M.A.S.K. from 1985 (there was a cartoon that went along with it). The red car with the gull wing doors was (I believe) Matt Tracker's Thunderhawk. Matt Tracker was the leader of the team and it seems like he had several different vehicles, but I think this was the Thunderhawk. It's been a while, so my memory may be incorrect.
