Dude, it looks like you were there just before me! I grabbed that Green Lantern, Sinestro, and one of the Lex Luthors. I left one lonely Lex hanging there. What I want to know is who grabbed both of the Supermen?

Oh well, these look like they are in pretty good shape.

      Hey! Right on, dude!

I imagine more will come out to the pegs in the next day or so.

You're telling me?!? None in any of the Philly area that I checked: Granite Run, South Philly, King of Prussia, and Mongomeryville. I should just order them online.

I picked up one set in Tigard, OR and left one set. They had 3 pegs for them and only 8 figures, so I guess they are planning to get more.

Man, I hate to keep pointing out the defects but they can't even get a simple thing like the hang tag in the right spot so they hang balanced on the pegs? I give this initial release a grade of D in my book. Too many things they should have caught BEFORE getting these to the stores.
For $20 these should not have so many things to complain about.

Yikes. Finally found these. They look SO cheap. I really hate to bum out everyone who worked so hard for these. I really appreciate all the work that went into them, but man when I saw them I went over to them and my GF who was with me laughed at them. Honestly laughed at them. I don't ever recall her ever laughing at any other toy I've been thinking about buying, and I buy some downright dumb stuff at times.

The legs look AWFUL on every one. They look all crazy legged and bow legged. It's like each one is having a contest with another one who can do the wildest "Elvis dance" in package. She was like "The hell is wrong with this little thing?" and to make matters worse they were stacked up right next to DCUC figures. That's just not the best idea, IMO.

I picked up one... But I'm not sure about keeping it. I really think it's great for Mego collectors and stuff, but I don't think this line is going to do well at retail. There's just not enough detail there to appeal to the mass majority of collectors and the high price tag negates the nostalgia factor that people would likely have. These felt like $10 toys in a $20 package.

These don't seem as worth it as even the other EMCE stuff did to me. It was cool seeing them on the shelf though.

It' absolutely ridiculous that people are complaining about these figures. Here's a question you should ALL be asking yourselves:

How much would you have spent to make these figures as customs??

                            Let's see:

$5 - $15 for a custom cast RESIN!!! head of the characters
                            $5 - $15 for a complete jumpsuit/cuffs etc. outfit
                            $5 - $10 for a body
                            $5 for boots
                            $5 - $10 special fist hands
$5 - $20 depending on how many accessories the characters have

That's more than $20 right there.

With all that said YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN about these figures...you really can't. And some here plan on buying them when they go to clearance...so your getting the figures for even less. Give it a rest already. I don't have the figures yet and am waiting patiently for them to reach the east coast...but I still plan on supporting this line. I don't even want the Superman because I don't like the head sculpt...but I sure as hell have plans for that outfit.

But tell the truth...don't you feel "ridiculous" complaining?
After all, you have no right to according to some folks.
