"It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life."Comment

Duuuuuuuudddeee-----I'm lovin' on the space hippies, brother!! Maybe they should've gotten together with the groovy cats and hip chicks doing the boogie-thang that the Robison crew ran into on Lost In Space. Now that would've been a crossover, babies....!Yeah, brother!
Also, why hasn't anyone made customs of these guys? It would sound!
Ahhhh, bunch a Herberts here!

If it's Klingons, I think they need to be styled after the original series. Otherwise, I'd rather not see them ever again.Comment

Perhaps a six foot talking carrot..... oops! Sorry wrong 60's franchise.
It wouldn't be bad to see him as Trelane and tie it all together with confirming him to be a child of the Q.Bugler, sound the advance.Comment

Reading that it's going to be 3D just took a lot of the wind out of my sails for this movie. That really bums me out, because 1) I really loved Abrams' first one and 2) in my town, sometimes 3D--which I abhor--is all that's offered.Comment

I have no doubt Abrams will be able to incorporate 3D tech with standard movie film to maximize the viewing experience no matter the format. I am a diehard fan of the first film(I'm watching it now actually) and saw some great, great things from him. A huge chink of the revenues of the film will be off DVD/BluRay, so 3D will only really benefit moviegoers as few of us have a home system to handle it.
I'm more looking forward to this one than the Hobbit, and that's a bold statement.I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

How on Earth did I know that's exactly what you'd say? I hear ya. Middle Earth is an acquired taste. I couldn't stand the books, but the movies, collectively, are my all-time favorite. Go figure.
After watching Trek...again...I can't believe the magic with the cast, the comraderie and the timing. IT's like they've been working together for years. Perfect casting and successfully capturing the spirit of the original series without apeing is the key to the film's success and it's place in my heart. I'd say 98 percent of the movie was just freakin perfect. That's a ratio I'll take anytime.I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.
