I didn't like the flu storyline at all

It just dragged almost as bad as season-2 at the farm

IMO they should take a hint from Zombieland and start traveling every week

After Sunday's ep. it looks like they might be. Tho that would bust the budget as much as the makeup dept. I think.

Where they go from here is going to be a challenge. They have scattered the group like roaches, and it's been hinted that some characters will not ever meet back up. This gives the writers and producers the opportunity to tell stories from multiple perspectives but will be difficult to maintain consistency and cohesion. It'll be a fresh start for the creative teams, but also will be constant pressure to give each character the appropriate screen time.

They are also going to have to tie up loose ends like the radio transmission. Isn't it amazing that the group heard that in the car and yet NOBODY has mentioned it since? Seems like it would be a huge revelation. It wasn't even brought up is casual conversation like, "Hey, the other day I heard a woman's voice on 101.5FM." Nothing.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.

With the split of the prison group, and the possibility of them never meeting up again, it leaves the door wide open for a spin off series of the show. That would be kind of cool, maybe even have some cross over episodes. The 2 questions I have are, 1-is the baby alive and 2-why no view of the Gov's kill shot?

First ep back was decent, altho too much of Lil" Puddin-head for my taste

Rick looked like he was seriously close to checking out.. then all of a sudden he seemed much better, sitting next to Carl on the floor at the end. Surprised me.

Carl found himself in the same predicament Rick was in 2 seasons ago with a pile-up on top of him. Only this time played effectively as scary instead of funny.

So the gangs pretty much alive, including Bob, Tara, & Judith. Although Judy nearly bought it at the hands of Kid Psycho girl. I swear I was waiting for Hawkeye Pierce to pop up and yell " it's a baby not a chicken!"
Abraham & crew appear just like on the cover of the comic too. Loved Tara's greeting for them!

Man, that one little girl is a PSYCHO!

Okay, so remind me, had Rick not gotten a chance to tell Tyrese what Carol did? I can't remember. It appears that Tyrese doesn't know, based on his reaction to Carol on this episode, but for some reason I thought Rick had. Then I thought, maybe he's just so happy to have someone else there that he doesn't care anymore. Which I doubt.

He decided to tell Tyrese. He told Maggie and Herschel and Darryl. But when Darryl and Rick found Tyrese in the basement, Tyrese only has time to show them mutilated animal remains before the poop hits the fan with the Governor.

Of course, I am now convinced that Carol never actually did it... that is was her psycho adopted daughter and she just took the fall for her.

Right after I posted it came back to me a little more clearly, but thanks for the clarification, AND for the really interesting theory. I would not be surprised if that were what really happened. Girl is all too eager too kill.

This second half of the season feels like the show has gotten back to form. I love all of the tension that the show has now that all of the characters have scattered. I just wasn't digging the "mystery virus" storyline back at the prison in the first half. But this feels much more ratcheted up.
