^^^ I watched that with my Brother,.. kept hoping for something... when It was over,.. He stood up & told me " Thanks for waisting an Hour & Half of my life" . .. I felt I wasted mine too.
... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.
Me and the wife walked out on the remake of Halloween. I thought it was the most vile piece of garbage ever made. It doesn't remotely hold a candle to the original. Rob Zombie is little more than an over-hyped porno director with a personality aimed at adolescents with a limited economy for words in the four letter variety. I should have known better...
I've never walked out of a movie. I've only shut off a few videos in my life, too. I don't even remeber the titles, but when my friends and I would get together we would always rent bad horror movies. We shut off a few that weren't good/bad, but that's about it. I stick through to the bitter end, even in the worst movies.
A buddy and I almost walked out of Clerks 2 before the opening credits were even over (this is no exaggeration, either), but I wanted to see if I could last through the whole thing. It would have been better to just take the popcorn and go outside and enjoy the weather.
The only time I ever walked out of a movie was the original "Bad Lieutenant".
I really like Harvey Keitel and was excited about his 90s comeback after "Reservoir Dogs", so I couldn't wait to see "Bad Lieutenant".
I made plans to meet a friend and eat before the movie - but we showed up late (for a reason I can't remember). We even missed the first 5 minutes of the movie. Normally I would NEVER go into a movie that's even been running for a second (it's just a thing with me), but I my friend still wanted to see it and I didn't want to be rude. After about 10 minutes of nonsense we both turned to each other and decided to leave and eat instead.
I wasn't offended or anything - it was more like after hearing so much about how "daring" the film was it seemed pretty lame to see such obvious attempts at going over-the-top and trying to be controversial.
I still have never bothered watching the whole thing.

Me and my buds were actually booted out of the theatre for being "disruptive"
We kept chucking popcorn at people just to entertain ourselves ... because the movie was SOOOOOO BORING.
They gave us like 3 warnings, but we just kept going
You were probably just too young - that's a great movie!
I think "Cable Guy" is Carrey's best comedy by far.
"Joe Vs. The Volcano" is an absolute all-time favorite of mine. I can never understand how people didn't like it. The incredible cast of character actors alone make it fantastic to me.
I also give props to "Blair Witch", not a favorite, but pretty fun and a clever gimmick I thought.
It's not in my DNA to walk out of a movie, no matter how bad it is. But sometimes fate intervenes.
Went to see the Dana Carvey's still born "Master Of Disguise", the movie was incredibly awful (even with a JAWS gag and Brent Spiner). Add to that, the open matte movie was improperly framed on the screen but as fate would have it, there was some breakdown that prevented the movie from being completed and we got our ticket transferred to "Signs" which although many here dislike, I really ended up liking it.
