I think LSU was the only #2 team not to lose, and one of three top 5 teams to not lose to an unranked team.

Well, my LSU Tigers looked not so good again, but still took home a win.

Looks like Oklahoma may lose to the Red Raiders.

    Top 5 tomorrow?

    1. LSU
    2. Kansas
    3. Missouri
    4. WV
    5. Ohio State

The BCS stinks anyway you look at it. I look at Hawaii that's unbeaten right now and don't see them getting into the title game.I'd still like to see a team like them or earlier in the season, UConn or South Florida get in and muck everything up.

I would like to see Kansas in there, but I just think LSU would destroy them and so would Oklahoma

If LSU wins out, they will play the Big 12 champ for the BCS championship. If not, maybe Arizona St or Ohio St sneek in to play the Big 12 champ.

Hey, it could happen (1 down already)

Maybe next year we could have the Kansas schedule. - I assume MO. will beat them anyway. Then they can join Appalachian State.
It could happen, Brue and it wouldn't be unprecedented. Read the story of the 1975 Sooners. They lost to Kansas with only two games left in the regular season, but because everyone else lost and they won out, they wound up being National Champs.

Now, that was before the BCS where #1 and #2 face off, winner take all, but when everyone above you loses, anything can happen.

I certainly hope for the sake of LSU that scenario doesn't play out.

Not that LSU couldn't get a top-flight coach to replace Miles, but Miles has a precedent of screwing his employers on the way out the door when there is no reason to do so.

Imagine that he would stop returning phone calls to top recruits and then announce that he was leaving LSU right before the team takes the field for the Sugar Bowl.

I can see an LSU/Oklahoma matchup. That would be a great game.
