Hmmmm. Maybe Mattel can be convinced that with a new Batman movie coming out this summer, a Batman line would sell

Re-issue Batman, make the Robin that is in limbo and release the Joker as well.

Don't know if there's time to do it, but with Bane and Catwoman in the movie, they might move as well


Now the question would be, would they sell as they were released years ago, or would the costumes have to be updated in order for them to move ie Batman and Catwoman in all black?

Well there you go. Characters that people actually want will sell out. And most of us already have these guys but they still sold out. Just imagine how well a Joker, Catwoman, Batgirl, Supergirl or Hawkman would sell. Let's hope Mattel takes note.

Half the offerings sold-out or almost gone, amazing. This just send a message loud and clear, we want more. It is clear a Robin, should sell-out quickly. It is obvious the more known/popular characters sell fast. I wonder how long it will take for Shazam and the other two to disappear? With that said if the lesser known characters sell-out also, Mattel has nothing to lose.

I kind of doubt there is a fix for the bat emblem. But, if these are later issues of the Supes stock, you may be able to get a Superman that will stand up straight.

I think the issue with the Bat-emblem was that they were not applied with enough heat. They are just iron-ons like Superman and GL's emblems. So, they didn't get adhered to the fabric enough.

I used an iron to make mine adhere to the costume nicely. I used a sheet of the paper that goes between the iron and the iron-on (from a an ink-jet printer t-shirt kit) to make sure I didn't burn or melt anything.
