I honestly think Captain Marvel is the best figure to come out of whole line so far. Head sculpt is fantastic, suit is absolutely suburb.Great all around figure

At the risk of saying too much, we confirmed that Shazam's neck will be shorter in production. That's about all I can talk about on it for now, but suffice to say that the comments on this thread have been heard.Comment

And I just realized that I broke one of my oldest rules and referred to Cap as "Shazam". And after correcting so many kids in the '70s, at the risk of getting punched out for being a nerd, too...crap!Comment

Sadly, I'm sure everyone knows why he'll never be released as "Captain Marvel" and all packaging will still read "Shazam!" Just do the research to see the unfortunate truth. That's something that's out of everyone's hands and has been since the '70s.Comment

OH MY! I wanted a sneak peek at this wave and that Shazam made me want to look away! So disappointing after seeing pics of the awesome Wave 3. I like the outfits on all 4 but I really, really, really, dislike the Shazam and Black Adam heads though! I would even say I hate them. Why are those two so bad? They need to give him a Megoesque face or something like this...a "normal" face but still with the trademark arched eyebrows. A head like this, with eyes like this, in 8 inch format would improve Shazam by leaps and bounds in my opinion.

I am not worried about it. Iam sure the sculpts will be tweaked before production to insure they look better. Besides even mego has had some poor sculpts that looked goofy or odd. Reminds me of that same mego charm. I still like everything I am seeing. My only complaint was the bodies where not as nice as the Green Arrow was, but that appears to have been addressed.In The " Real World " Vampires Do Not Sparkle. They Burn In the Sun !

The necks were really the only weird thing about the sculpts but if that has been addressed I'm sure they will look great. The choice of gold over yellow is still puzzling though as they've gone with 90's Captain Marvel instead of the classic Captain Marvel.

I think you hit it outta` the park with Martian Manhunter. On Darksied, now that you have more muscular hulk-type bodies why the need for the padded suits? You have a bulkier build you can use now.
On the fence about Capt. Marvel and Black Adam. I'm sure you guys will tweak them by the time they are released. Marvel looks, errrr, a bit randy if you know whut I mean, beay-beeee, yeah! A half smile and bulging eyes seem a bit out of character for him. Black Adam should look tough. He sort of looks creepy to me. Like a young Nosferatu. Maybe his ears stick out too far. Sinestro has pointy ears but they don't stick out like this. Maybe they need to be taken in a fraction.
I can't speak for EMCE but gold is a good choice instead of using yellow. In clothing you usually only see bright yellow in children's clothes and ultra-elite fashion model clothing. Or take for example Dick Tracy. In comics Tracy has a bright yellow coat and hat but I think translated to the real world it was meant to be a biege or tan color.
