while I do understand some of the disapointment on the bodies . . . . it cracks me up reading the criticism of these figures. To think that there would be true mego inspired superhero figures is a DREAM COME TRUE! let alone wide spread production of multiple figures in this format.
Again, everyone is entitled to their opinions but I just think some can't see the forest through the trees . . . a sad state indeed, that's my opinion

Amok time has a killer deal on the wave 1 figs, as well as the new ones, i snapped a pic of the display but have to get it off the cell phone...
they were swooning over them, and just finished the display as I arrived, Is there such a thing as "Too many mego conversations"? I think not! They have the wave 1 and 2 side by side. when there are a few more waves, the displays will be bright and awesome! wave 3 needs to be green in color, or blue though to get a spectrum effect!

Whoa! What an awesome sight! 2 waves of Mego-like figures on the rack where folks can admire and buy them! I hope my local comic shop has these!

I Too picked these up from Amok Time today. figures are cute....the kids luv'em. The bodies are back with their Weeble Wooble feel and look to them. However, the costumes and the heads look pretty good. Thanks Doc
P.S. Amok time has the entire Wave 2 set for $84.99.....They threw in a 2nd Batman for a lower price. Bruce Wayne looks like a younger Sean Connery 007. The cowl is Cool (not a big fan of the slit though).... But Hey!, You have to make the best of what you have.......I'm off to commence my customs.

i want to say $75 for all 4. Don't quote me on it though i was all ga-ga that wave 2 hit. right behiind the counter they have a set with the special price.

batman is $29.99 at Amok, I think the rest (singles) are 24.99 each. The only one of mine that had a tag was two-face.

Got back from the York, PA store. 1 peg filled with Wave 1 only, probably 3 sets. Don't know if they would put out Wave 2 unless these sell first?
