It's pretty funny how there's a lot of general agreement here (no half shirt, mini skirt), but it's across the board over in the Catwoman thread. If I'd had my head on straight, I would've thrown in Cir-El and Elseworlds Superwoman to stir a little controversy, even though both are fairly modern introductions, neither are the same character as 'classic' Supergirl, and I have no interest in either as a figure. (Well, minimal interest. Say, not in the first ten waves).
In my own defense, I had no idea of the name of the Cir-El character until I went looking for pictures of her. I saw her in the first Superman/Batman Trade.

Co-incidentally I just picked up the DCD figure of that Elseworld's Superwoman for cheap yesterday because I thought she would make a fantastic Power Girl custom given how great the sculpt is. I haven't been 100% happy with the DCD Power Girls thus far.
I would actually dig an 80's Superwoman (the one created by Elliot S Maggin just before the Crisis reboot) as a mego.
