Of course, that's the ONLY Robin outfit Dick Grayson ever wore (well, except maybe an odd variant here or there), so unless they do a figure of Timothy Drake, that's the suit we'll get.

Well, since this new line will be "MEGO friendly", the first Robin will be in his classic outfit for sure. However you have a good idea. Jason or Tim? "The Red Robin".

I always liked the Earth-2 Robin's costume:



Of course, that costume was officially ret-conned out of existence over 20 years ago, along with the Earth-2 (and others) concept, thanks to "Crisis On Infinite Earths" (though they keep sneaking aspects of it back into the DCU) !
I remember trying to approximate this costume with my Megos as a lad: I'd use Captain Marvel's bodysuit under Robin's costume, which gave him red leggings rather than yellow, and green upper arms. I always wished I'd had a Green Arrow so I could have used his boots, rather than the slippers!

MEGO Robin is so confusing - he has the 50's double curls but is the same height
as Batman. I don't know why they went with such an old hair style - he doesn't
have that hair on the box art.

Yah, and what person would go off to college and even think about getting chicks with the knowledge in the back of his head that he assists Batman wearing "butt huggers". Dr. Mego, please do a Robin some where down the road with Mattel like the Robin from "Crisis on Infinite Earths". You cannot save lives and slide down a poll in butt huggers!!!!

I kinda hope, whether Batman or Robin, that this line is popular enough that we get to see more than one variation of each character. 40-40's Dynamic Duo, 60-70's Dynamic Duo, etc...and so on.

I agree with Doc's statement....." I don't know why they went with such an old hair style - he doesn't
have that hair on the box art, Robin should look more like he did on the box art". Personally, I too like Robin better with his hair to the side.

Judging by the announced wave, Batman should be awesome when he gets here. I like the photoshopped one but I was slow to catch on that Blue=Black in the comics and I'd have to think about the Black on the Blue cowl but it does look awesome...
