Man, when I read Batman comics as a kid this is what I saw, never did like the "nubs" for ears. He looks great! Yeah Doc, this would be a GREAT Batman to have!

You really did have me for a sec there. That looks great. That's what I would hope Emce/ Mattel's fig will look like.

Apologies to the sculptor, who did a great job with the original.

Of course, it doesn't exist, and it's easy to manipulate a photo, not as easy to make in 3D.
I would buy these by the caseloads. Seriously.

Really though...I wasn't so much trying to sucker you Guys(well...maybe a little)...but to give Paul, Joe, and their Sculptor Crimsonghost some ideas about how Batman could look.

Just so everyone knows, there are other sculptors involved besides me.

I think I see more Super Friends in that than Neal Adams..... (the original, not the photoshopped redo)

                          BATMAN Prototype Revealed!

                          Hey Bats,
You started something Beautiful here. You're Batman on the left is really Admirable. However, the Batman to the right (photoshoped out of you're figures picture) is my "Dream" Batman figure of all time (I'll buy ten of them in an instance). And, Lately....dreams have been coming true around these neck of the woods. let's hope Mattel and the others are scouting these threads for fan input.

Neil Adams Batman is over 30 decades old. I would like a blacker Batman with shorter ears and pouches for a utility belt. Your figure looks pretty damn awesome but if I were to have a new Batman, I would want the modern look. Just my two cents.

30 decades old??? But that's what Mattel wants...haven't you been following Doc Mego's threads? Mattell understands the "Mego look".
