What if Hasbro joined in the Mego craze?

Hmmmm....

It'd be neat; but I think yopu'd get the same problem that cropped up when Mattel joined in: they're big company, and they'd need to see big returns for it to be worthwhile for them. The Mego-like audience may not be that big.

AT nods seem to crop up here and there; but Super Joe seems to be the odd Joe out. You NEVER see refrence to them. I wonder if they were a poor seller. As a kid I can remember them being EVERYWHERE for a year or so.

I never understood why Hasbro never revisited the Super Joes or Adventure Team. I wrote Hasbro as a kid and asked if they were making 3.75 Super Joes/Adventure Team when they had just done the first line of figures for the 3.75 line, but the reply I had (from what I can remember) almost seemed like they didn't know who I was talking about (and I drew pictures to boot!). I would love to see all the above done in Mego style.

Would be great to see the main characters of the SW saga finally get the 8" scale treatment. Maybe Hasbro should give it a shot with the release of Episode VII and see where it goes from there. Also wouldn't mind seeing the GI Joe ARAH core characters brought out in this format. Plus the return of Mego Spidey & his buddies.

With the new found love for the Mego world, what would happen if Hasbro decided to go retro and create Mego-Like Super Joes/Adventure Team. I have seen a few customizers out there with there venture into this and there works have turned out great, but would you support a line that was done by Hasbro?
