Yeah my Robin was like that. You can use a small flat screwdriver and open the FTC tie and then open the clamshell. The glove is the hand, inside it is a hole that snaps onto that ball on the forearm.

How exactly do you open the FTC tie with a flat screwdriver? I have a very tiny one and tried it and couldn't figure it out. Catwoman arrived with her glove off her arm and I would love to open it to put it on her then reseal!

I got mine Sat., and opened them for my b-day today!
They look SO awesome, but Batman's hand fell off in the package.
The end of the arm has a strange ball at the wrist. These must have different hands than their other bodies.
I have not opened the clamshell yet.

Ordered mine from ebay seller who priced shipping at $7. (Raised shipping price on re-list.) Although the seller had the auction listed as a pre-order, when contacted after purchase, she explained she had just received them and would ship following day. Received order 4 business days later. Really lucked-out this one. I ordered late and received in a flash. May not be as lucky, on second wave. These figures are worth their wait. To see them 'sell out of stock', would not surprise me at all.

IMHO, Mattel, prepare to be 'owned' by a company you never saw as a threat. Batman 66 done right: (Mego-Style)!Thank you FTC.
