McFarlane doing Super Powers?

Super Powers/Toybiz Joker and Penguin are easily available on Ebay. Shazam & Black Adam I would buy. McFarlane stated he doesn't want this line to just rerelease the older figures but to offer figures that would fit in if the line would have contained.

That being said McFarlane has a deep love with Batman. Will never understand why he release The Batman that laughs. He also agrees with Mattel (JLU) in those parents/grandparents will only notice Batman & Superman.

Riddler - I can understand why he went with this but would have liked to have an original figure.

There has been a lot of speculation about doing the Kryptionian black suit. At least it would make since and could add an actual suit that has shown up on the Fortress Of Solitude.

If they made a better, more accurate Super Powers Batman and, at least body-wise, Superman, I hold out hope that we will get a better Aquaman too. It all depends on how much the line has left in it, I guess. It's been a fun ride, so far.

What's new with Aquaman, darker togs? They can't put a blond Superman head on him!? (That's what should have been done on the Filmation version.)

Any indication if the Return of Superman is Black costume Superman or regular costume with the long mullet hair?

I pre-ordered from McFarlane too. I just opened a bunch more SPs for a display and I needed a better Superman with a foot peg, so this was welcome news. Old Superman can stay in the Supermobile.

Will be preordering Bizarro, Superman, and Riddler today. I would’ve preferred that they use the shorter cape on Superman like they did for Bizarro. Depending on what they back of the cape looks like, I may order two Bizarro and use the extra cape on Superman.

I think they are trying to match a lot of the JLGL (PBHN) style guide art that has Superman with a big grin.
