I went to a TRU in the Portland area at midnight but didn't buy anything. They had a lot of cos-players outside to entertain the line. I'd guess there were about 100 people waiting to get in.

I was in a Target and Toys R Us this morning around 11 am; their shelves were empty. Obviously picked over, and there was not much left.

I went to K-Mart this morning, like 10 minutes ago, and picked up a 6" Black series Kylo Renn and First Order Stormtrooper for my two boys, they can fight over them.

They also had a Finn and Chewbacca that I left on the shelf.

Well, I hit my local Wal-Mart tonight at midnight. I wasn't planning to, but I couldn't resist. It was lame. Maybe 10 people, and easy to get anything you wanted to get. I wanted to see nerds choking nerds for that soccer ball droid. Anyway, I came away with the new 6" Black Series, Stormtrooper, and it's rad. I am not going to go crazy buying the new toys until I know I love the movies. I bought some of the Episode 1 toys when they came out, and couldn't get rid of them fast enough once I saw the movie. I loath the prequels.

I'd kind of like a new lightsaber with the two blades down near the bottom.

    Yes.

There are two different models. The app one is the $150 version. The one that Target will be selling is the physical remote control version for $80...

My two sons are kind of excited, and I'd much rather see Star Wars toys on the shelves than the crap I'm seeing anymore.
