Not that I know of, but the Gi Joe club is giving out the 12" Black talking AT Commandor next year as it's club free gift and you can buy the AT box and commandor out fit as the clubs exlcusive. Next year will be a great year for AT figures. I can't wait!

Picked up a Action Pilot today. Really nice work. One thing, are there all four hair colors out there? All I could find in the pre-opened ones were brown hair, and so was the taped up one I got today.

WOW! For 10 bucks these look pretty cool! I might have to get some of these for my nephews this Christmas. I love the "retro-design" boxes.

Still waiting for them to hit in Los Angeles. From what I hear there are 3 of the 4 original hair colors found so far. Reports on hair color are kind sketchy, however, so all 4 may be released.

Does each branch seem to be the same color?

I haven't seen these at any of our Wal-marts yet. Come to think of it I don't remember ever seeing the other ones either.

They're also doing a new black karate gi that comes in retro packaging.

These new Wal Mart Joes look nice but I have no connection to that era of Joe.

                    Anybody in Texas seen these??
I have hit several stores in the Austin area trying to find some for xmas gifts, but no luck here.

                      thunderbolt,
I'm not sure if they divided up the hair color by branch of service.

                      rche,
it seems these have only shown up on the east cost so far and are taking quite a while to make their way out west. I'm in Los Angeles, and I've been calling Wal Mart and they do have the items with details listed in their system, which they say means they should be getting the stuff at some point. So I guess it's just a matter of waiting.

                      palitoy,
The GI Joe Collectors Club already released a "what if" karate accessory set in retro-style packaging (no figure), and a "what if" Asian Adventurer (a reproduction of the Japanese soldier head from the late 60s GI Joe Soldiers of the World, but with Adventure Team/70s era flocked hair. This was an extension of the figures they released the past two years of "foreign adventurer"- a repro of the European foreign head from the 60s Soldiers of the World line but with Adventurer Team era flocked hair and Kung Fu Grip hands).

The African American talking commander is coming next along with the "Lost Talkers"- reproductions of the Talking GI Joes from the late 60s that will also include the 2 lost phrases originally recorded but never released with the original GI Joes. Also, the reproduction of the Adventure Team-era holy grail set, Magnum Power, will be released soon. The club also has several repro figures and accessory sets currently available, as well.

                          Hiya spaceC,

Thanks for the info. Do you have a specific sku you are asking for when calling? Most folks I talk to can't do more than point at the 4" figures.

                          thanks

I picked up the Action Pilot and Frogman suit, they are both extremely well done and the price can't be beat. I will definitely be picking up more if I come upon them.

Can anybody give me a SKU for these dolls? Just one would do it, really. Makes calling the store much easier. Since I am in a rural area, I don't want to make a trip and burn the gas unless they are really there.

                              thanks

These SKU numbers are supposedly accurate, from the GI Joe usenet group:

                                Figures:
                                065356936394: Soldier
                                065356936395: Sailor
                                065356936396: Pilot
                                065356936397: Marine

                                Accessory Sets:
                                065356936317: Soldier Snow Troops
                                065356936318: Sailor Frogman
                                065356936319: Pilot Survival
                                065356936320: Marine Dress Parade
