Not from what I've heard. This is just an updating of the sculpt for the classic Captain. Hopefully, if it sells well, we will be able to get Cap's son [in his 21st century uniform], Lady Action, and the villains from the new comic.

I don't believe the licensed stuff has been approved yet, thus the holdup on images of it.
Soon, I hope.Bugler, sound the advance.Comment

Wow! These guys are doing it right. If they took CA and raised the bar I can't wait to see what else they have planned. That is one smokin' figure.
Ironman thx for alerting us and cptaction thx for taking the plunge and making a great figure into an incredible "must have" figure.Last edited by Chris; Feb 16, '11, 9:00 AM.If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.Comment

Are they doing a Spiderman costume for Capt. Action or is this wishful thinking? See the photo here, below the Batman and Trek photos:

Captain Action interview and Captain America proto pic ruined by excessive watermarking. I can understanding wanting to protect an exclusive pic but that is watermarking to the point of parody.
AFi Features The AFi Toy Fair 2011 Captain Action InterviewYou are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. hadn't seen the Cappy mockup yet. Not that you can see much under all that watermark.
I like the new packaging. Very visable.
Can't recall if the plan was to sell suits on cards and figures separately, or if the figures would be dressed on the cards.
Still very excited about this line and I hope all works out as planned.Comment

If you click on the pic and enlarge it you get a bit of a better view.
I'm assuming the watermark is due to the packaging not being approved by Marvel yet.
The plan was Cap as a boxed figure and the outfits seperately in their own boxes.Bugler, sound the advance.Comment
