Finally scored an Astro Apes Warrior. Been wanting one of these for a long time. Blasters, Inflatables and solid advice were all courtesy of our Museum's own Simian Sage: Confessional

That is beautiful, all the way around. The toy, the packaging, all of it.

I didn't see them until I read 'on the wings'. Very cool. Die cast with accessories makes it all that more awesome.

Japanese drinks and snacks are interesting and I miss having the easy access to all of them like I had when I lived there. Hit and miss on a lot of it, but I enjoyed how different it all was. Nice gesture from the seller.

I have made a couple of purchases from Japan recently and am amazed by how fast they were delivered. I didn't get any snacks, but still super exciting to find those boxes delivered.
The Yamato is an awesome piece. The box itself is display worthy. What is the little red (plastic?) piece separate from the main die-cast?

^^ Agreed, boxes from Japan rox with endless discoveries! I got a delicious wasabi-ginger lollipop and a giant 10" menko card surprise one time.

Sorry you lost it. It is a beauty. So much detail for an ST Piece. Seller was kind enough to include a treat.

My Wife was curious as to what it said, so she used an app to translate. Yum.

Finding a toy in your mailbox is special. Finding a toy from Japan in your mailbox is extra special. Mmm...Diecast.
