Elvira's been on my shortlist for a Mego figure for a LONG time. I mean, really, we've got all these great Mego monsters now, why can't we have the Mistress of the Dark too?

Whatever the cost to get the rights, please Mego, pay it!

I'm all for Elvira and Man in the Beaver Hat Mego figures. Even an Edward Scissorhands would be ideal.

I hope we get an Elvira figure offered in October on that new Mego female body. That would be epic.

I've mentioned before the only ones I'm really hankering for are a licensed Mr Hyde, a Carradine Dracula, Rondo Hatton, and Dracula's Daughter. Although if they still have the Karloff license, they could do an Ardeth Bay, and A&C Hyde. Other options include Ygor or Dr Frankenstein, The Werewolf of London and while it's not Universal, The Chaney Estate might let them make the vampire from London After Midnight.

Excellent choices! Monster Squad's version of the Creature was pretty damn COOL.

Would love a Kiefer Sutherland Vampire as well.

They could take advantage of the opportunity to do variants that might not be done under other circumstances. Like the Hammer Frankenstein's Monster, where they're going to be releasing one version to general retail, but which one? In his suit or in his mummy wraps? Whichever version they aren't releasing to retail could be used as a variant. Or perhaps figures that might not sell well at retail, like the Creature from The Creature Walks Among Us, or a mud covered version of the Monster from Ghost of Frankenstein, or supporting characters like Renfield from Dracula and Dr. Pretorius from Bride of Frankenstein. Perhaps even black-and-white versions of the already released monsters. There are possibilities once you think about it.

Monster Squad is a good choice. Lost Boys, Michael Myers, Beetlejuice, generic zombie, Pinhead, Universal Monsters B&W like the upcoming Creature, more Killer Klowns, and some of the characters they’ve already done but in the 14 inch scale. I think if they wanted to they could cover October.

I wish they’d do the Monster Squad.

Well if it's black then I will use her for Catwoman!

I haven't been able to purchase any of the Topps Mego figures because I live in Canada and it is too expensive to ship them here. I am very disappointed Worf has been released in this format because I was looking forward to having a full main TND crew and now I can't.
