Now how am I going to customize a Spider-Man to go with this?Comment

The Robin head looks more Mego than the 8" head they made. I'm glad he looks Mego accurate. I'd like to get the Robin figure for sure! And I'd love to make custom Marvel figures out of the bodies.Comment

I think the potential for customization is what will drive people to buy these more than the actual scale itself. As someone stated earlier, with a larger scale, you have lots of room to improve head sculpts, body types and assemblies and even costuming. These are going to be way out of MY personal price range, but I'm sure MIB will let me take a gander at the ones he will eventually get.sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.Comment

Bring on Green Arrow! And now I REALLY wish they had the Marvel license. I would kill for a Green Goblin. I would buy more of these if they were 12" instead of 18".Comment

Ugh! Admittedly, GA is one of the nicer looking Mego 8"-ers, but the thought of an 18" version, with a one-piece-molded-in-one-color quiver/arrows/belt ensemble, and molded brown plastic bow &string, doesn't sound appealing to me. Again, to me, the advantage of 1/4-scale is the opportunity to have better detail, and it looks like these are going to just be larger versions of the 8" figures. They'll appeal to the same crowd who bought those large Star Wars figures (from Gentle Giant?) based on the original Kenner 3&3/4" figures, but personally I don't get it.
Again, though, happy for those who want them, I'd rather see new figures in 8" scale, though.Comment

I think they're neat, as well! I also look forward to seeing their packaging.
