That Toys R Us ad was insane! An entire Christmas catalogue in one image. The golden age of fantasy and toys.

Barbarian Geoffrey is going to inspire some customizers, for sure.

Happy, restful holidays to you both.

Oooh, that Lincoln Dracula is wearing the outfit variation I covet. And, Shaun's collection is amazing.

It's always nice to see Flatt figures, I have very fond memories of chatting with Charlee about some of those. Hard to believe that was nearly 30 years ago.

Wayne Foundation 1977~2.jpg Happy Holidays Merry Christmas

The year we got the Mego Wayne Foundation was a memory that is locked in. The fact that we got a new Superman, Robin, Spider-Man and Hulk was better.

Super late, Steve has no interwebs, so at the very least, there are some Steve customs in the newsletter this week. I hope you dig the Mego Mamoa

Another great newsletter. Seeing the unproduced prototypes of figures new Mego chose not to move forward with for various reasons is bittersweet at best. Lovely to see them, but there seems to be a lot of them, which makes me wonder what the ratio of produced to unproduced prototypes is. Perhaps it is always the case with toy companies (I don't know that much behind the scenes stuff how the industry works, but glimpsing behind the curtain to see what could have been makes me feel melancholy at best.

Man I would have bought so many Aquaman Megos figures. Such a shame.

Weird question: I sold a Micronauts game on Mercari back in November. That wouldn't by any chance be the one pictured in this newsletter, would it? Mine went to Florida, not to anyone named Aaron, but I know people sometimes use friends' accounts to buy stuff. Anybody have any way of knowing or finding out?
