I want to order one too, but I need to wait for The Super Collector to come back in February. I hope I did not miss out on his mini-Museum...Comment

So much happiness over this entire project. I MIGHT just try and hug Brian and Sam next time I see them. Fair warning ...
Now that we have a Tom Evans Captain Canuck is it too early to start talking Darren Oak Captain Canuck?

I thought that was you and Brian. I was going to congratulate you on your new slim physique and tell Brian that he looks distinguished with the gray. Boy, glad I didn't do that!Comment

I don't think folks have had a good look at the image on the Captain Canuck promo postcard (Odeon Toys exclusive, FREE with purchase of a Canuck).
The postcard was photographed and designed by my friend and frequent partner-in-crime, Brian Heiler (you guys might know him as the owner, brains, and hard work behind Odeon Toys). One thing we're all taking for granted over the past few years is Brian's increasing skills as a photographer. That takes a great deal of practice, and Trial and Error, and patience. So he's been quietly developing his talent, photographing for the Mego Museum, Plaid Stallions, Facebook and all the other social Media, Megozine, Rack Toys, Odeon and countless other wesites and publications that call upon his vintage toy-expertise. Dude doesn't get enough props for it, and I think we should start recognizing what a subtle art Toy photography is... it's essentially mini-portraiture!
(seriously, go look at the old Mego galleries and compare it to more recent stuff he's posted)
This one is my favourite image of the Canuck figure, and that post-card is frame-able art folks!
