Very fun episode and it was great to see all the Mego exposure. Nice job Vinny! I'm sure that going through something like that would be exciting but scary and nerve wracking at the same time for most people, it couldn't be easy, and filming eight hours to cut down to 10 minutes is unfortunately the norm for shows like this.Comment

Great episode , Vinny! It was great to see a glimpse of your collection on the show. It was obvious you, Jordan and Darryl all had a great time together. Like others have posted, you could tell Darryl really has a love for the toys he grew up with.Comment

1) Vinny knew these were going to charity youths.
2) Not all piece were original.
3) Vinny sold them at his cost.
Best part is, now some kids will be playing with some refurbished WGSH.Comment

I was so stoked to see "one of us" on the show! It was pretty geeky to immediately recognize your toyroom they second the camera brought us in. I guess the blue walls and that awesome collection just stands out! I actually had fun watching DMC go nuts over seeing the toys of his youth. It really took me back to first time I held a Mego in my hands as an adult.WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.Comment

I know when you watch these shows it is easy to look like they rob you. I can NOT express it enough that these people are class acts. They will not buy anything you are not ok with selling, or will not buy it for a price that you are not happy with.
Also to repeat again - show is only 20 mins long. There was a segment that D explained to me what these were for in person (charity) And I told him I was all for helping the kids out. Maybe it will make the bonus feature on the dvd if they make one lol -
But anyone who knows me - knows I'm all about the kids. I donate every year to make a wish found, also toys for tots etc..
When I owned my own pizza place one year - I was lucky enough to be in position to make a nice donation to childrens wish found (G. Lucas) and I was able to see episode 3 at the red carpet 2 weeks before the world did.
And yes I broke even for what I paid for them - but really money was not the issue for me under these conditions.
IMO- the show is really about them making trips around the world to show some very cool toys, and the people who collect them."Where Does He Get Those Wonderful Toys?"Comment

If anyone wants to know - that color of the room is called liquid blue - it really shines in person and light reflects and sort of glows off of it.
As for Han Solo in Carb. The first few years I owned my Pizza place (Napoli pizza I'm sure a bunch of you recall sending me stuff there) I had a few really good years before selling it. These retailed for 2400.00 when they came out - I grabbed this one for 800.00 and the guy brought it straight to my house.
And so much goes into these shows - and Jordan kinda gets pulled in all directions because its a lot to take in and try to stay focused at whats going on - in a very short time. So its easy to see how some stuff got passed up. He did want a few other toys for his shop(non mego -they were the spiderman and friends series) that he forgot to buy and I forgot to remind him because there is so much going on. I hope everyone gets to experience something like this at least once in their life time - it is really cool to see what goes on behind the scenes."Where Does He Get Those Wonderful Toys?"Comment

That was a good episode ,one of the best for megos since episodes 8 & 10,i also have a RM Robin that i got a couple years ago on ebay for $200,with
a fake mask ,wow! they have gone up in value ,i also have copies of every mego that vinny sold,so i think he did a wonderful thing for the kids.giving them
up would be kinda hard for me,but i think i would follow vinnys example ,good job to all involved .Comment
