I'm sure it's out of Jordan's control, but I could do without the number of celebrity appearances as well. The novelty of it has now worn off, and I much prefer the cons and digging through collections.

Yeah, the convention stuff and going to peoples' houses to buy toys is entertaining to me, but the z-list celebrity stuff doesn't really interest me at all (plus seems really forced). That kind of footage reminds me why I don't watch 99.9% of reality tv shows in general. I'm guessing it's might be a Travel Channel mandated thing, but I don't think it's necessary at all to make the show entertaining.

I would have to agree with the celebrity stuff. Do they not know how to find stuff on Ebay? The money making celeb. have there own personal shoppers who find there the stuff for them. Yeah it can be a bump in ratings so I would space them out more.

I don't mind the conventions, I think it's kinda cool to see.

But the celebrity aspect, expecially from obscure stand up comedians and DJs, seriously, who cares, no offense to Jordan, who I think is a great TV personality.

Any of you think that the Twiggy actor really gave a bloody damn about those Buck Rogers toys?

I don't think so, just look at his face, not a single expression of enjoyment in his face, lol.

I like the one on one of Jordon dealing with people first and foremost, the convention stuff second, and bringing up dead last is the stuff with the celebrities.

Hmm. Just had an thought. I can see the celebrity thing being even more intrusive next season if the ratings have actually gone up every time a celebrity episode airs. I wouldn't be too fond of that if I'm right.

One on one is the best, the conventions are a distant second, and the celebs are of no interest to me. Just my 2 cents.

I don't mind the convention angle personally.

I see this show is heading into a direction I don't care much for with the celebrities and Conventions. I know it's Toy Hunter and it's on Travel channel and the channel has to cater to it's viewers but to be honest I would rather just see a show on the History channel about the toys themselves and have it more of a finding "hidden toy treasures" type show and talk about the history of the toy and stuff rather than how much it's worth and how much you can sell it for.

Anyone want to pitch History Channel on this idea, LOL?
