I was wondering what you have ran across in your travels that you would have loved for your own personal collection.

I've missed a number of episodes. I wish the travel channel the complete ones on their website. I see LOTS of stuff thats awesome stacked up in boxes. I bet it is VERY fun going thru peoples collections finding stuff they have forgotten about.

Piggybacking off of Figuremod73's question, I am curious what a collector/dealer like yourself has in your personal collection? With such a wide exposure and knowledge of so many toys, I can image how difficult it is to maintain restraint in keeping whatever neat and rare stuff you find. I apologize if you already posted this somewhere already, but what are your top five pieces within your personal collection? Top five from a personal perspective, not so much the top five rarest pieces.

As a Marx toy fan, I'd love to see some playsets feature.
I heard a rumor that a Marx land fill has been discovered yeilding garbage to near garbage toys and figures. Have you any info on this?

If I lived a little closer, I'd be out there with a shovel. I used to dig around a couple of old dump sites when I was a kid. I found some cool marbles, and a zillion old medicine bottles. Alas, no dinosaurs:-(

This is dr_cyclops reporting live from the "Marx landfill": In all my years of toy collecting, I've never seen anything like this! Hundreds to thousands of toy-nerds are currently pouring over the downed electrified fence with shovels in hand! The dead lie on the battlefield with the tell-tale signs of 'shovel damage' to back of the skull. Local police, K-9 and SWAT units are overwhelmed with such an onslaught. I called the military myself, but I only got their voice mail.

Sadly, Jordan IMO is not a scalper. Oh now, how I wish he was. If anyone should see any scalpers around here, let me know. I wanna start expecting "something magical" asap. Does anyone know the proper way to rub a 'magical scalper', so you get your wish? ...Sorry!

Chris, thank you so much for the idea support! I have high hopes, that a reality show of this potential gains the interest it so richly deserves. The subject of vintage toys is so vast. Is there any end to it?
