Mego WGSH Collection at Hake's

Yesterday, the UPS man came and hauled away my Mego World's Greatest Super-Heroes Toy collection. En route to Pennsylvania, my entire collection is to be auctioned, this Spring, by Hake's Americana and Collectibles.

I don't even have the Display Case any more! I sold it to Sam Register at Warner Bros. Animation (co-creator of TEEN TITANS). It's now in his office down the road from here, housing a bunch of WB animators' vintage collectibles.

It was a little hard to watch it all go, but I've been processing this decision for a long time. I'm actually excited about this.

I have no idea. Never seen him before. It is a nice hat, though.

p.s. Sorry, no Apes in my collection. Just 8" Super-Heroes in every conceivable packaging style.

I sold my collection years ago , and regret it to this day , chasing down affordable decent figures , playsets , vehicles has proved to be exhauasting at times. I hope the auction score's you big time , on another note sad to see you letting it go.
