What more do you want? He just told us all the concerns we had will be taken care of

I never comment on these type of threads because I am simply happy to get any mego type product, good or bad. However with that being said, what did I miss from your statement?
Biff Bang Pow comes on this forum, takes the time to read responses, and then addresses those concerns in a personalized letter. The Megomuseum community makes up such a minor percentage of their overall market, having Biff Bang Pow take any time out of their day to speak about our concerns is pretty intuitive in my book.
Sit back, take a breath and realize just what Biff Bang Pow is doing. If you do not like their product then refuse to buy it. In addition, feel free to express your discontent here in the forum. After all, positive or negative feedback, Biff Bang Pow wants to hear them both. However, please don't act as if the man did not take time from his day to say something worth hearing.

Thank you for caring enough to take the time to post, Mr. Lenzi. If I were attending this years SDCC, I would come by the EE booth and personally give you a huge, appreciative bear hug for finally giving the 9 year-old in me the Flash Gordon toys I’ve been craving since Christmas 1980!

One of the things that's so great about this site is the direct line of communication between the people creating the toys and the people who buy them. Pretty awesome!
