Hey JL! Just want you to know I LOVE your Flash figures and I AM DYING to get my hands on those AND the Big Lebowski figure as well. THE DUDE ABIDES! And so does Bif Bang Pow... Thanks for making my dreams come true.
Thanks for taking the time to respond. This is terrific news! I wish you guys continued success (especially if that means more cool action figures for us!)
A direct response from the people making the figs, incredible. These guys really care, it is so great to see. Let's hope they make Mego figs forever, they will always get support here. Let's buy them all up. Thanks guys.
Yes, thank you very much for posting this. I am really looking forward to getting The Dude, and seeing what else you guys have up your sleeves in future.
It's good to hear that retailer response was so positive. That's an excellent sign indeed.
Flash Gordon is solidly on my household's shopping list, as are probably a Buck Rogers entry or two, and maybe John Locke (if I see the improvements in him I expect after hearing this!).
I think as a collectible, it would be nuts NOT to get them when they are released. These won't be out there forever and when their gone, their gone. Think about it. It's taken almost 20 years to get our first official Mego Flash with the movie likeness. I won't split hairs over a few production imperfections (like all figures have anyway). This is a dream come true!
We can expect changes on these issues, I assure you. This is not a con.
I assumed that was the case. Wasn't really sure what others were trying to get out of suggesting the contrary. I found BPP's statement totally plausible. Other business reasons required them to show the product in packaging - - - while some fine-tuning on the actual figures themselves continued.
