I would love to have a Nixon, and I bet a Grant would go over well for the Civil War buffs.

When they're out, they'll be showing up on ebay. I never saw the Obama figures anywhere but there and some online retailers.

When? Just a guess, but I'd imagine soon with these pics being released.

Though you wouldn't know if from the "Heroes inaction" website.

I think all newer presidents would be a hit.

From FDR on up.

Interesting. From what my daughter tells me there a kids in her classroom and purchases some of the toyetic items as well as history books. I guess it's geographic decision based as well as the majority inherent populace. I can speak for the immediate Seattle area, namely Downtown, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill and West Seattle that history is quite popular. Being a parent and having friends with children in the Seattle schools that items like the Abe doll would be popular.
Seattle is more progressive in major areas unlike the outlying suburbs.
I'd say market it to schools and maybe give Seattle the test market run.
Abe is very popular in these parts more than many people will know. Very multicultural around here. Again, only the immediate Seattle area which is a huge populace.

Most impressive sculpt, I might get one for my Trek collection.
How much will these go for?

Obama retailed for US$24.99, so I'm hoping they keep that price point.

Is there going to be a Stephen Douglas figure, too?

I kid in the photo, but wouldn't it be cool to have him and a young Lincoln? (or at least the young Lincoln).
