When I was a kid, I got them from a small local toystore, as a big kid, mostly from EvilBay.

All of my WGSH were gifts from my Aunts. I'm guessing they bought them at either Ben Franklin or TG&Y.

I got my POTA and Star Trek figures at TG&Y.

I got most of mine at Children's Palace, with a few from Gold Circle, Kiddie City, and Uncle Bill's. BTW, I had never been in a Ben Franklin's until 2 weeks ago. I thought they were all gone, but there was one near a theatre I was working at. The employees said there was another not too far away either.

All came from one of 3 places: Ben Franklin's, Howards (K-Mart-like store) both in my hometown of Cynthiana, and from the trusty Sears Catalog.

Many of the pieces in my current Mego collection came as Christmas and birthday gifts from my wife and late mother. Others came from the usual places. Ebay, antique malls, toy shows and of course the marketplace here.

Most of mine came from McCrory's. My sister worked there so I'd get them at a discount. I remember my parents orderng some stuff like the FF and vehicles from Heroes World.
