Brian, you might want to think about getting a cabinet to put under your new display cases. The pre fabricated ones you can buy in the stores. The ones that are like a foot high by a couple of feet wide. It will raise up your cabinets off the floor and make viewing them easier. Also, it will make an area of storage under neath the display cabinets. I saw a room with your type of display cabinets sitting on some cabinets. It looked fantastic. You might want to tale the feet off the display cabinets if you go that route.

That is a good idea but with my ceiling I went the other route and put a lot of stuff on the tops. I need that space!
