Jon Snow and Sansa meeting up for the first time was an epic event indeed. Wow, u guys had to wait six years for this...not me...thanks to my binge watching, ha...
You know which death made me saddest? Ygritte. Poor girl, she and Jon never had a chance...she was my type, feisty and wild...oh, and being a redhead never hurts...sigpicComment

Jon Snow is obviously THE central heroic figure...but equally as heroic is Brienne...I love her character, so noble...so baddarze...her fight with the Hound was brutal and epic...to me, the best one-on-one sword fight...not in terms of technique, but sheer brutality (Viper/Mountain had the more shocking ending though)...what an awesome scene...sigpicComment

Coming into the show, I thought the Mountain was going to be a well featured character, but he's basically just background muscle. Obviously all three "actors" who have portrayed him are not proper thespians. I was presently surprised that his brother (Sandor/Hound) was the one who turned out to be such an important and central figure...that threw me for a loop, because in the beginning, Sandor was just like Mountain, this hulking silent figure...but boy, I was so wrong.
Rory McCann is one helluva an actor.sigpicComment

there are so many great characters.
I truly hope that now that Sansa and Jon have been reunited, Jon goes and cuts Boltons head off and feeds it to his dogsComment

I love Bronn, the chemistry that he has with Tyrion is just something that can't be matched in most TV shows. Equal parts snark, honesty, affection, and a few point blank hard truths that you can't escape from. He's one of the funniest characters on the show.
I'm honestly surprised that he's lived this long, to tell the truth.
Yeah, Ramsey is a piece of uh....how shall I put this? Work? Yeah that fits! He's a piece of work. A shoddy, ugly, worthless piece of work, but he's a piece of work nonetheless.
I love Brienne too, she's honest, forthright, and doesn't take a lot of malarkey from people.
My other clear favorite is Tyrion; GOD that man is THE smartest person on the show! He's made quite a few gaffes, but mostly has recovered from them, and in spite of having a father and sister that hate his guts, he is relatively sane.
Note, I said RELATIVELY!
With the guilt he's been feeling over what he did in Season Four, he's on a clear slope towards depression, and that is never a good thing.JediJaidaComment

I totally thought it was CGI (the same thing they did with Cersei's Walk), but Clarke made a statement after the episode where she said it was her. The show offered her the body double, but she was proud of the scene and agreed to do it herself..Comment
