Would a person with all their human parts + more be considered a cyborg ?

If this is true wouldn't Ironman be a cyborg ?... or how about somebody driving a car ?

Or must you have original parts missing and replaced ?

I believe the definition of a cyborg is a person who has had part or parts of their body replaced by machines that perform the same function.
