Colonel Steve Austin and Jaime Sommers, followed by Darth Vader.

That's one of my favourite Marvel SW issues, too. Great character, great artwork.

Some of my other favourite cyborgs would probably be:

          Vader
          Steve Austin
          Deathlok
          Gigan
          Vic Stone
          Robocop
          Mean Machine Angel (from 2000AD)

          ...and a bunch of others.

As much as I love Steve Austin, I'd have to go with the original Wolfman/Perez Victor Stone, Cyborg. Great design, and the first African-American character who just happened to be black. He wasn't "from the streets" or anything steretypically ethnic like that. He just happened to be a black kid who became a cyborg!

The Borg, (sorry) I'm biased being a Trek geek.

Colonel Steve Austin. I think we need a Bionic Man VS Terminator crossover.

But he was never a cyborg, no biological parts.

Would a person with all their human parts + more be considered a cyborg ?

If this is true wouldn't Ironman be a cyborg ?... or how about somebody driving a car ?

Or must you have original parts missing and replaced ?
