Del Toro out! But is Khan the Villain in Star Trek?

The new Trek was a good movie, but the whole time, it felt like a Gold Key comics story. Sort of like the Trek I know, but off slightly. I like the fact that they had the altered time line arc, as I like the roots to the other stories and not just it being a reboot.
