I think George is saving the Blu-Ray version of the Holiday Special for when he really needs some cash quick....

      But it's totally worth it.

Don't watch more than 15 minutes at once, or you'll go insane....

Thanks Doc,if i don't come back on here for a while,i might have been admitted to the nut house.

You're welcome, although I don't know if you should be thanking me.

Here is the link to the full thing on youtube

I reiterate, it may be bad but it is full of Star Wars goodness unlike some other things Lucas made more recently.

It hold a special place in my heart.

It would be a lot better if it was strategically heavily edited

It's impossible for me to get through that whole wookie first part - it's just sooooo boring

I watch the Holiday Special once a year. I still love it. Especially Bea Arthur's musical in the Cantina.

The BluRay set does have the Boba Fett Cartoon on it, but that's it.

Kenner went as far as making prototypes of action figures for Chewie's family, but the figures ultimately weren't produced.

I thought it was kind of fun to watch, and I saw it very recently.

They may have called these "prototypes", I call them "a kid who had a great time messing with some figures".
