Maybe Lucas will do a series based on the diner as seen in Episode 2. That could be good. Kind of an "Alice in Space" kind of thing. Maybe Linda Lavin could be in it too.

Someone needs to stop him before he completely ruins my love (which has been faded) of the original trilogy. The sad thing is that it kind of proves what I had always thought when it came to the Star Wars/ Star Trek debate... too much takes away from it's magic. and well Star Wars seems to have fallen from David Copperfield to "The Masked MAgician that shares all the magicians secrets"
Please George, quit being a dustchComment

There was a comic dark horse did about 2 "nobodys" Tag and Bink and it was done for laughs (a pair of 1shots) that's why the family guy, robto chicken, space balls and hardware wars worked - asn an ongoing series I think you'll get Super hero squad bad kiddie jokes and a lot of Jar jar jibber jabberComment

Hmmmm....
I dunno; the Star Wars universe is big enough that I think you COULD do a comedy, but it'd work best if it featured new characters, new situations, etc. And if the comedy didn't blatantly contradict established stuff. (So if they did something like Marvel's "Damage Control," which was funny BUT made perfect sense in continuitry.)
