Dude Dwayne Johnson is African American/Samoan. His Dad is from Canada and his Mom is Full Samoan. He would be a Total miscast.

Well, let's see.
Hollywood usually takes someone who looks nothing like it. Then totally transforms him/her. Then gives them the Academy Award.

They let Charlize Theron gain 60 pounds.
Put a big nose on Nicole Kidman.
CGI tall actors short.
Let white guys play black guys, and vice-versa.
Let Brits play Americans, and vice-versa.

So basically, the best guy for Captain America is..Stephen Hawking...or Danny Devito...or Whoopi Goldberg....

I only want to see Dwayne if at some point, "Can you smell what the Cap is cookin?" is in the script. Daniel Craig is the skinny wimp in the before pictures in those 70s comic book adds for gaining big muscles fast. I like him, but he's too scrawny, and kind of old.
